Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Dash4Me (the "Service") operated by Ievgenii Kobzar (sonar4ik), available at dash4me.com and next.dash4me.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Dash4Me is a dashboard that reads your data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools (via your authorization) and presents reports, charts, and keyword tracking. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may only connect Google accounts and Bing API keys that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or create risk for other users.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third-party rights.
• Attempt to access other users' data, bypass authentication, or abuse the sharing/invite flow.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or data obtained through it.
• Upload malicious content, run automated load tests, or interfere with normal operation.
• Exceed reasonable API-quota usage that damages other users' experience.

4. Data & privacy

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to data you bring into the Service (GSC, GA4, Bing). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service for you.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Google APIs, Bing Webmaster Tools, Cloudflare, and email delivery providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or API changes that may affect the Service.

6. Pricing

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; in that case, existing users will be notified at least 30 days before any charges apply, with an option to cancel.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, UI, and branding are owned by the operator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. Open-source components used in the Service retain their original licenses.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Data displayed depends on third-party APIs (Google, Bing) and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific ranking outcomes, or traffic results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from the use of the Service. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 50 if the Service was free).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change, and material updates will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
